Refunds and Returns
The equipment that you have purchased from The TV Shield UK is backed by our very high standard of service. Should any fault occur within the guaranteed period, unless caused by accident, neglect or mishandling, return it to us and we will service it free of charge including parts and labour. If posting items back to us please ensure the equipment is carefully packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for any damage occurred in transit. We advise that you retain the original packing for this purpose, a handling charge may be incurred if original packing is not complete. Please call 01298 872233 for service on larger units.

You have 7 working days from the day after delivery during which you may notify us in writing, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) of your intention to cancel the sale contract and return the goods. Returned goods not complying with this will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. Please note email notification is preferred. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return of the goods and that the goods must be in a merchantable condition. The cost of any items missing will be charged to you directly.
1. Goods must be returned to our Customer Service Department within 14 days from authorisation. After the 14 days, we will not accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items.
2. Goods must be re-packaged as received. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must be re-packaged with reasonable care in order to prevent any damage in transit back to us. All components and accessories must be returned.
3. Any ‘Free’ goods supplied with the products must also be returned.
4. All refunds will not include original postage charges.
